To be eligible for returning the world’s greatest deck of card games, your decks must be in the same condition that you received them, unplayed or sat on by a cat, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If you return your amazing deck without first requesting a return, the Rainy Scarecrow 8 cannot accept it.
Damages and issues
Mistakes get made. Packages get crushed, wrong decks can be shipped, or defective products get made. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that the Rainy Scarecrow 8 can check it out and make it right.
Exchanges
The best way to get the JACK LABRADOR decks you want if you made a mistake on your order, is to return the items you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the Rainy Scarecrow 8 approved the refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the price of the decks on your original payment method. Shipping is a third-party charge that will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
